Children ages 3–5 and their parents are invited to participate in an early childhood nature program at the Worlds End State Park Visitor Center.

Using wildlife-based activities, the program is designed to build on a young child’s sense of wonder and invites them to explore wildlife and the world around them.Growing Up WILD! provides an early foundation for developing positive impressions about the natural world and lifelong social and academic skills. Crafts, art projects, music, conservation activities, and more are part of the curriculum.

Growing up WILD! will be held on Friday mornings from 10:30–11:30 a.m., beginning October 5.

Interested parents may call the park’s Environmental Education Specialist, Jane Swift, for more information and to register their child. Please call her at 924-1601.
