A seminar will be held with Sergeant Jeffrey L. McGinnis, the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement and Kathy A. Robbins, Sullivan County Treasurer on Wednesday, Sept. 19 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Sullivan County Courthouse, Laporte. The seminar will review Act 2 of 2012 which includes the changes/updates to the Small Games of Chance rules and regulations that went into effect March 3, 2012.
