The Craftsmen of the Endless Mountains are excited to announce the forthcoming 45th annual Flaming Foliage Festival to be held October 6th and 7th. The area’s premier craftsmen organization will be displaying and demonstrating their talents at the Forksville Fairgrounds, the event is held from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., rain or shine. Admission and parking are free.

On display you will find lapidary, spinning, blacksmithing, leather working, oil painting, quilting, and much more. Many of the members will be demonstrating throughout the weekend.

There is a full schedule of daily events. Along with the fine display of handmade goods, many of the craftsmen and artisans will be demonstrating their talents.

Live entertainment is offered on both days. Mutts Road, featuring music from the 70’s to today will perform on Saturday from noon until 3, and the country sounds of Four Strings Band will be on hand Sunday. All this is sure to compliment the picture perfect setting of Forksville in October.

There will be a variety of great food available, Sullivan County 4-H will be holding their annual used book sale, and Shore Sisters will be there with a large array of pumpkins, apples and other fall harvest items.
